Pastor Kelvin Nero was born in Chicago IL, September 7th 1957. He was born 9th of 12 siblings. It had been prophesied to him several times early in his life that he was to become a minister of the Gospel. Throughout the many hardships of life, God always showed His mighty works and provided Pastor Kelvin a way out, and at the same time gave him a way into His marvelous light.

Pastor Kelvin served faithfully in several leadership positions at Trinity Full Gospel Church, in Fayetteville North Carolina. He was also a faithful servant at Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries, under Apostle's Tracy and Archie Walker's leadership in Baumholder Germany.

After leaving Germany in December of 2004, God's plan brought Pastor Kelvin and Sabrina to Fort Hood Texas. Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries Powerhouse was birthed into the Kingdom on 19 September 2004 in Harker Heights Texas.

Pastor Sabrina Nero was born in Brooklyn New York, January 26, 1968. She is the second of four children. After rededicating her life to the Lord in 1996, Pastor Sabrina never looked back. Sabrina and Kelvin Nero have two wonderful sons, Malachi and Matthias Nero.

Pastor Sabrina served faithfully in several positions at Trinity Full Gospel Church Located in Fayetteville North Carolina under Pastor's Jimmie and Margie Brown.

God's providence took Sabrina to Baumholder Germany where she began her prophetic ministry at Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries, Kingdom Builders, under Apostles Tracy and Archie Walker's leadership. On 19 September, 2004 Pastors Kelvin and Sabrina Nero opened the doors to Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries Powerhouse in Harker Heights Texas.
